Do any of you know where in the heck I can buy salt peter? I need it for a corned beef recipe.

5. Used to be, Potassium nitrate could be had at most wine supply houses
although it has really fallen out of favor, of late. Thresholds in toxic, teratogenic, mutagenic, and carcinogenic effects seem to scare away potential users.
