Omelet (Spoiler Alert)
Never make an omelet with more than three eggs. Things can get messy.

Do not let omelet scorch on the griddle. This ruins the taste.

Omelets are made from eggs.

Zip Lock(tm) bags are overpriced. What this has to do with omelets, I have no idea.

Gerbils!

1. Julia Childs taught me to make omelets.* Or omelettes.
2 or 3 eggs.
A splash of WATER in the mix, NOT milk.
No more than 3 ingredients.
And the fold/flip.
And the dish turnout that gives the final fold.

*On TV, not in person.
I wish.
;-)

3. I'm not brave enough to try to make one...
or I haven't mustered the courage to try it yet, anyway.

I'll stick with scrambled for now.

(love the randomness :))
