1. Back in the 1970's they had a chewy choc weight loss candy
called "aids." Seriously I do believe that was the name of it.

And I used to sneak them all the time, and she'd get really mad at me. }(

Now I have a drawer full of NutriSystem foods, and anybody that tries to touch my NutriChocolates had better be prepared for an ass-whupping!! :D

10. Take Cocoa, milk and a little sweetener, put in a mixer and enjoy. That is
how I get my calorieless chocolate fix. Cocoa is as good for you as red wine I understand.
