5. Still deciding between the
spinach, two onion (red, green), mushroom, pecorino romano, and goat mozza (spicing with salt, pepper, parsley, dill, nutmeg and crushed chili pepper).

OR

the broccoli, two onion, red pepper, mushroom, (sometimes some kubasa) and the two cheeses ahove, plus salt and pepper.

Sometimes I'll add potatoes in with either.

6. Right now I could
go for a breakfast quiche.



1 9 inch pie shell, unbaked
1/2 lb sausage, cooked and drained
2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
2 cups potatoes, raw,grated,rinsed in cold water and squeezed dry
1 green onion, minced
5 eggs, well beaten

1. Preheat oven to 425F.
2. Spread sausage evenly in bottom of prepared pie shell.
3. Sprinkle cheese, potatoes and onion over sausage.
4. Pour eggs over all.
5. Bake for 5 minutes, reduce heat to 375F and bake 45-55 minutes, until lightly browned and well set.
