Tip-Too Much-Just Right
I live in Florida and posted last night that my air condition broke down... It wouldn't have been such a big deal if I wasn't taking care of my eighty nine year old mom... I called over a dozen places and only about four could do it today... The embarrassing thing is they all showed up at once... I would have tried to cancel the repair call...

Anyway the tech who ended up fixing it had to work under the most horrible conditions... It was raining and there was thunder and lightning everywhere...

Oh, I had a warranty... Thank whomever... I'll say God -:)

I only had twenties and ones in my wallet so I gave him a twenty...

I tip everyone who does work for me whether it be a mechanic, electrician, or waiter...

As an aside if they didn't have a c Florida and much of the South would be uninhabitable...

If you want to blame someone for Dixie's voting strength blame Mr. Carrier...

1. If you're tipping working people, then it's never too much, unless the service is
just plain awful.

I never tip owners, managers, etc. I'm a working man. I look after our own. If you work for a living and are allowed to receive tips, I will over-tip you.

If your company does not permit tips, I tip anyway, and assure the employee "I won't tell your boss".

2. Me Too...
Though I would have preferred to give him a ten but wasn't an option... It was only six ones or a twenty...

Anyway I have had about $3,000.00 worth of repairs to my ac in the past three years which was all covered under the warranty I paid $795.00 for...
