two day old bratwurst swimming in rancid green pepper and onion-infused grease. on the stove. uncovered. for two days.

it was like they were taunting me.

on the surface, they didn't look too bad: a bit dried out, but oddly edible looking.

seemed like such a waste.

i ate one.

this will be an interesting day.
