I've spent the morning alternately crying and filling out the divorce papers while my stbe went out of town with some guy for the weekend.

9. I had to go to see my divorce lawyer this morning.

My STBE, who is suing me for everything I have, left me a creepy love note/birthday card in my mailbox (which is illegal since it didn't have a stamp and I now know he was at my house) yesterday. It freaked me out big time. How can he profess to "love" me and wish me "happy birthday" while suing me and ruining my life, costing me thousands in legal bill since September of 2006 and causing me huge emotional distress?

I told the law clerk that my lawyer must call the STBE's lawyer and make him cease communicating with me in any way or else I'm going to magistrate court and getting a restraining order on Monday.

as for me, I'm trying to physically recover from a busy night last night and making up a shopping list since there is *NO* food in the house and I have a hubby to feed in spite of being exhausted.

I also have to roast some coffee beans to get us through the weekend (we both work weekends and have our days off in the week)

Have been since before the market opened. Had to clear my AM for a conference call which just got moved up 45 minutes.

So that freed up some quality time for the lizards and their various and sundry states of mind, which my colleagues find mystifying and yet fascinating.
