1. I'll probably have pizza

stuffed with sausage and pepperoni, lots of cheese and veggies.

2. Calzones

Spinach, mushroom, and alfredo.

I'm not on dessert duty. :)

3. Lazy person's baked ziti

Mix the sauce with the ricotta (or homemade tofu ricotta in my case) then mix it into the ziti. Mozzarella optional. Serve with a side of pork or veggie sausages. Mesclun salad. If I get ambitious, broccoli or broccoli rabe with olive oil and garlic. Lots of garlic. I ain't kissing anybody anyways.

Dessert: Tiramisu. (A health food store in the Village has vegan tiramisu. Damn tasty. A little more lemony than traditional, but otherwise vg, with nice chunks of chocolate mixed in.)
