Zucker brothers are close, but Brooks' humor (in most of his movies) is more nuanced and "edgy," in the context of the time he made his movies anyway, imo.
and I know I'll get crucified here for this, but I would put the Coen brothers down around #357. Just plain unfunny. They only good film they have ever done was "The Man Who Wasn't There."

I must go with Mel Brooks. His body of work is a testament to comic genius. And, I realize it is partly a generational thing. I'm not that familiar with the Zucker brothers.
