9. I have three.
1. The increasing levels of CO2 that causes vasoconstriction can lead to intercranial hemorrhage.

2. There is a 6 hour window for fibrolytics in the case of myocardial infarction as opposed to a 3 hour window for an ischemic cerebral vascular accident.

3. Lopressor can be used to control blood pressure in asthmatics because it is a heart sensitive beta 1 blocker as opposed to the more systemic beta 2's. (Always though all beta blockers were no-nos for asthmatics.)

Was that fun? :P
