Weatherbug:"This is a particularly dangerous situation". Yikes!
My weatherbug was chirping so I clicked on it and got a message from the National Storm Center or whatever, in Oklahoma. We're under a tornado watch, with the added warning "This is a particularly dangerous situation". I don't recall seeing this statement before--and I've been through many a tornado watch. Nothing nearby on the radar, but I think I'll herd the critters into the basement now, to save everyone some stress later.

So, how's by you?

2. So far, it's just windy with a few clouds.
The watch goes until midnight, so I'm guessing the fireworks will come later. I think I'm gonna go take a shower (I need one--90 degrees today) now. I'm a firm believer in NOT being in the shower during a storm.

I'll keep you posted.

3. oh crap
I'm in Oklahoma City tonight. I just got my recently purchased travel trailer situated in an rv park, it's my "home away from home" while I work down here. I hope it doesn't get blown away! :scared:

4. No, no. The Storm Prediction Center is in Oklahoma. I'm in Illinois.

You know, it's that Severe Storm Prediction Center or whatever, in Norman, OK.

The tornado watch is for Illinois.

Sorry, I should have been clearer.
