It hasn't happened in a really long time, but overseas pharmacies used to telemarket us, sometimes late at night. They were difficult to understand, but I'm pretty sure they even tried to sell us prescription drugs (mostly painkillers)! Some of them were pretty unfriendly when you declined, too. It was a bit creepy.
