First Grade Teacher Accused Of Viewing Online Porn - During Class
<snip>

A Tri-state first grade teacher is accused of using his classroom computer to look at pornographic images.

School officials say Chris Beiser viewed the photos while his students were in his Bloomfield Elementary classroom in Trenton.

The 42-year-old teacher resigned after he was confronted by school officials.

Now police are tracking exactly what the teacher was looking at and determining if he broke the law.

Investigators say the Miami Valley Crime Lab will analyzed his school laptop computer.

"We don't know what type of pornography was viewed," said Chief Carl Ray, of the Trenton police department. "All we know is there were certain sites viewed. What they were and what the content was, we don't know."

"We've spoken to a number of the parents and so far there's no indication whatsoever that any children were exposed to any of the images that were viewed," said Chief Ray.

"I think it's just scary," said Amy Fordice, a Bloomfield Elementary parent. "We put trust in our teachers to be good role models for our kids and to hear something like that's going on is scary.
