Women. Do you think guys in little cars are sexy?
I do. I think it shows that they have a lot of confidence in themselves and what they believe in.

And I think guys in little cars just look sexy.

1. My 5'4 1/2" tall husband looks very cute driving my MINI
And I also feel a strange affinity for Mr. Bean. It's true!

5. I am very attracted to big guys stuffed in little cars. Too cute.
I look at guys in trucks and just go Whoa, not cool. Didn't use to feel that way but I do now.

in it. Just curious.

10. Good question - I haven't checked lately.
It's rated for 26-28 mpg and we get at least that (Manual transmission, constant A/C use)

23. One caveat
They have no space whatsoever in the trunk. Apart from that they're fantastic little cars.

4. I think guys who buy practical cars
Edited on Mon Jun-04-07 09:33 AM by supernova
are sexy. They are confident enough with themselves that they get the car/truck that does the job they want without needing it for a penis extension. That conveys an inner strength to me that is very sexy.

edit: "practical" not "piratical" :eyes: Weeeee! Spell check is fun. :D

9. I've never connected attractiveness with what a man drives...
I always thought that idea was men projecting their own fixations onto women.

12. I'm more impressed by a guy
who simply cleans up and details the car that he has when he picks me up. I like the lived in look of a well-used machine. That gives me the chance to appreciate the fact that this is a guy who is productive and organized, and takes care of his tools (potentially with the same care he will treat me).

None of this is something you can discern with a factory-new "Hey, LOOK AT ME!" car.

13. One inch taller and couldn't even FIT in a Geo Metro

:D

This was back in 1989-90, when I was shopping around (I bought a Camry). I had almost as hard a time getting in the Acura Integra. The Nissan Sentra was also very small, though I could get in it, as was the Toyota Corolla...both are larger nowadays, so I'd probably fit in the newer Geo Metros.

I went Camry (twice) basically because I couldn't fit anything smaller. Then I lived on an island where all the cars were tiny and I had a Suzuki Swift (its engine's smaller in displacement than that of my Ninja motorcycle) that barely held me. Now I've got a small-to-midsized Mercedes and am upscaling markedly to a '70s Lincoln Mark IV land yacht, just in time to pay top dollar for gas. :D

18. I think I see a TV series here.
Across the nation the Shriner Squad keeps a lonely vigil. Whenever there is evil or oppression, the Shiner Squad is on the scene in their tiny cars and cylindrical hats to battle for justice, decency and raising mony for crippled children!

...I wanted a bumper sticker that read, "I drive a small car to compensate for my large penis," but thought my familiy might get upset if they ever saw it.

Especially if the little car in question is red, has a convertible top, and goes very fast.

20. Only in America
Having lived in two different European countries for eight years, you don't see grown men, or even entire families driving around in a monster of a vehicle. Only here do you hear the excuse, "I need my large SUV", funny how people with kids abroad get by just fine without them. In the snow too.
You should have seen the thread where I mentioned an old girlfriend of mine didn't want to go to the St. Johns River clean-up in my Nissan Sentra. According to one DU'er (who always had a chip on her shoulder) it meant that I hated women for posting it.

26. not in the least
no man's sexuality comes from the car he drives, and nothing is more pitiful than a middle-aged bald guy in a tiny sportscar, of which we have bazillions around here

it's just a way of saying, "i know i'm old but you have to love for my wallet"
