Last night was shitty all around

First, my cat, who has lower urinary tract disease, became blocked. First time ever. The vet found the disease when he had a bladder infection--never been blocked before. But he was REALLY blocked!! SCREAMING in the litter box, so I ran him to the emergency clinic at 2 am. They tell me he wouldn't have survived to morning, probably, and keep him and send me home.

As I'm walking up the steps to my house, I feel something rolling around in my mouth--a big filling has fallen out. It doesn't hurt, but it means I have to go to the dentist.

And I'm nearly phobic about going to the dentist. I brush and floss and rinse with anti-septic religiously, to make up for not wanting to go to the dentist. But it can't be avoided now.

Yep, last night was shitty.

I'm off to do hospital visiting...after I call the dentist. *sigh*
