Is California Peggy, Now "English Peggy"?

I know she says she will always be "California Peggy", but do the English and the Czechs know this?

When she returns, will Californians say "Welcome back to California, Czech/English/German Peggy"?

and that's a different country than California, right :silly:

and now England, the Czech Republic, and Germany, and hey, it's all dizzying because she will come back through customs and they will ask her if she has anything to declare, will she declare herself to be "California Peggy"? Or something else? Or is that what they even mean?
