I thought that maybe it was the Netflix DVDs- maybe there were scratches on them. I have also used a cleaning disc on the player itself. I have tried the same movie in my computer DVD drive and it does not skip. So I think it is my player, which is about 5 years old. I guess it must be toast or so to be toast.
Has anyone been able to fix this problem or should I just spring for a new one?
