This opportunistic witch is beyond pathetic. She is not happy with visitation - she wants control of the MONEY.

I'd love to see some judge slap a huge fine on her for filing frivolous motions and abusing the legal system. Or at any rate force her to pay Birkhead's legal bills incurred for responding to her crap.

Would YOU trust Virgie managing the possible millions that Dannielynn could receive? Nothing personal against Larry Birkhead, but, I wouldn't trust him to manage Dannielynn's possible millions. Huge sums of money (millions or billions) should be managed by a thrid party. Anna Nicole must be spinning in her grave with all this going on.

Virgie, darling. As a grandmother, you are entitled to visitation. The only way you should get custody of Dannielynn is if Larry Birkhead is found incompetent as a father. Also, if he abandons Dannielynn in any way.

4. One thing in Birkhead's favor is that he pursued custody long before

an inheritance was involved, and before ANS's untimely and unexpected death.

And I agree, Virgie managing the possible millions would be a joke. And I don't believe she cares one iota about that child. She'd probably ship her off with gypsies if there were money to be made on it.
