Update on Bucky, the "stray" dog. (There's a reason for the quotation marks.)

We go through all this hoo-ha, spend all this time and effort, the Animal Control lady sets us up with a trap cage and her cellphone number, and on and on, and guess what?

Turns out the dog belongs to some asshole who just moved to the next street over, and can't even be bothered to put a COLLAR on the dog, much less keep him in his yard.

And probably doesn't treat the dog too well either, given how skittish the dog is.

Our Animal Control Officer has issued the asshole a written warning, and told me she'll be watching the guy like a hawk. And I believe her; she REALLY likes animals.
