I made a pot roast last weekend, and just finished the leftovers last night. I do still have a couple of cups of the gravy left. I'm thinking about pouring it over baked mac and cheese for lunch tomorrow.

Served with a delightfully pert 2007 vodka and orange juice. It's friday night, and I have to work all weekend, so I'm letting my hair down tonight, yes indeedy....

But it is worth every penny. I use it almost every meal. I also have the Miele Speed oven (combo microwave/convection etc). Also around $2K.

with mushrooms, onions, and banana pepper rings. Our usual Friday night fare. Washed down with a perky little tamarind flavored Kool-aid. I love that stuff! Wish I didn't but I sure do.
