LORAIN -- The former principal of St. Anthony of Padua school in Lorain was found guilty in Lorain Municipal Court yesterday after pleading no contest to charges connected to kissing students' feet. He has not been sentenced yet.
Robert Holloway, 50, of Parma, was charged with three counts of sexual imposition and two counts of unauthorized use of public property in November after police said they found evidence that a foot-kissing bet he made with three male students was sexually motivated.
Lorain police Sgt. Mark Carpentiere said investigators found more than 400 images of male-on-male, adult foot fetish behavior on two computers confiscated from his school office.
A disclaimer from the Web site visited by Holloway explicitly says it is an affirmation Web site designed for people with a fetish for feet and is for people who find the foot, shoes or other things ''sensual and pleasing.'' It also warns people not to enter the site if they are not into this ''fantasy,'' as the purpose of it is to provide a health place to experience the fetish, according to Carpentiere.
Carpentiere described the content as ''foot fetish erotica,'' but said more explicit material could have been available with the purchase of a membership. He is unsure whether Holloway was a paid member of the site, saying plenty of material was obtainable without the membership.
