comrades, i have bad news from the front of the war on easter

when Leaving waLmart (the same one where we were wished a bLessed day) yesterday, the cahier wished a happy easter.

i aLmost fainted - that was the first reference to easter i've heard in Like forever. after composing myseLf i grabbed our bags and went aLong our way... aLL the whiLe wondering where we've gone wrong in our war on easter.

i do have some good news however: we went to brooks pharmacy afterwards, and the cashier wished us a happy hoLiday. so aLL hope is not Lost.

While at the local municipal (town-owned) liquor store today, not one of the granola-eatin' dirty hippies wished me a Happy Easter, and they had nothing to say about HannaRamaKwaanzMas last winter either, as I recall.
