So last Friday, I was at work
I got up from my chair felt something on the left side of my stomach and it felt a little itchy.

When I scratched my whole stomach was deformed. It had a huge bulge and it sort of felt like it was burning and hurt a little.

So I went to the hospital. I had a CT scan which showed inflammation only, no hernia.

I stayed overnight in the hospital cause they were gonna do surgery to see what the hell was the matter. The surgeon then decided that they would wait. So I went home.

Well a couple of days later, my whole side is from my hip bone to my pelvis is black and blue on that side. I saw the doctor again on Thursday and he said I had a hemorrhage. A hemorrhage from what I don't know and that he wants to see me again next week and then maybe do surgery again.

Last year, February, I had a hernia surgery and have not been the same since. Lots of pain and bowel troubles. So, in January of this year I had laparoscopic surgery and they removed a lot of adhesions in my stomach. I thought I was doing much better, started exercising again and then that happens to me last Friday.

I still have quite a lump over there and the bruising just keeps coming out. It does hurt too.

I have seen doctor after doctor and cannot get a resolution to this. It is quite frustrating though. All sorts of thoughts have run through my mind, but I am trying to remain calm and I think I'm doing a pretty good job of it.

Just wanted to share what a nightmare this past year has been for me stomach wise, it interferes with my work, family, shopping, cleaning, extracurricular activities, etc.

What a freakin bummer.

4. It's very frustrating when you have to keep dealing with the same thing
without resolution. I feel for you - I've been in the same boat with other conditions. I hope it can be resolved soon because you're right - things like that impact everything you do and so are on your mind continuously.

My best to you.
