i know it's not the case, but i feel like one day blends into the next without any interruption at all.

1. Days have a way of doing that, don't they?
I mean, one ends at midnight - just when the next day starts! :o

2. yes - but i genuinely feel like i'm on one continuous cycle of one day
only - hard to describe - guess for me it's the constant waiting for the 'other shoe to drop' metaphor.

8. You're very kind
:pals:

I know what you mean about the mind...I feel like like I'm de-aging as I get older.

So I guess when I get to be 90, I won't be on my second childhood, but my first!

6. Yup...especially as a night shift worker
I've had trouble switching back to a normal day/night routine my last 4 nights off. So I've been up til 4:30 am, gone to sleep, had nightmares, woke up at 8 am to take the kid to school, took 3-4 hr "naps" each day...repeat cycle over next 4 nights/days. My yesterdays/todays/tomorrows are all fucked up.

7. I always feel like I spend most of my time sleeping.
I get confused all the time. WTF, it should be dark. Oh, I lost 12 hours.
