I think I had a sympathy stroke, or something,
because my brain is a big piece of crap.

I just went into the kitchen to figure out why in the hell the timer for my chicken hadn't gone off.
Apparently, not only did it go off, but I took the chicken out of the oven, and set it aside to cool.
I have no recollection of doing so.

I attempted to open a can of mandarine oranges, and when the can opener seemingly wasn't doing anything, I stared at it for a good five seconds before realizing that I was twisting it around the rim of my coffee cup, not the orange can.

3. Nah. I'm just like that.
Which is scary, considering my relatively young age!

2. Are you drinking enough water?
Dehydration makes my brain go loopy.

I've also found that Omega 3 supplements help.

4. Maybe not. I cut myself off caffeine today, though.
Maybe that's wonking things up.

8. That could do it...
if you're used to having a lot.

Maybe you should cut it out gradually.

5. I'm only 36 and having some of those same exact types of
memory problems lately. I don't understand it. I'm just so out of it.

7. Maybe we need to get outside and get some exercise.
The weather is to die for here right now, and fresh air can work wonders! I think alot of people I know get in a mental funk by the end of winter.

and the doctor said it was hormonal.

On edit, I don't know if you are a female or not, so that could be useless information.

9. Do you think of a million things at once?
I do the same kind of thing, but wouldn't have had the guts to be the first one to say it!
