I've decided to make the world a better place so here's what I'm gonna do. I'm gonna take your money and give it to people who will spend it more wisely than you.

I don't have a Paypal account so here's how it's gonna work. Today I want you to randomly drop cash on the street or the sidewalk. Then come back here and post the location of the cash. I'll send my operatives out to retrieve it. All the messes in the world will be cleaned up in no time.
