48. Been busy working... up until Sunday, that is

I blew out my ankle and knee sunday morning... went to the ER, only to find out there was about a 6 hour wait.... I left and went home.... dug out some old pain pills from my neck surgery, made sure ice was stocked up in the freezer and my heating pad was plugged in.. then put myself on bedrest. I can actually move it some today, but if the swelling doesnt go down in my foot by this weekend, i'm going back to the ER to have it looked at...
