Any body here from Maine?

I have a nephew who is trying to get into some higher education (finally). The problem is that he needs high school transcripts. The school closed in 1988. (He graduated in 1986) Not only that but it was one of those private 'religious' schools (dominionist oriented).

Does he have a chance in hell of getting his records? Where would he go to find out?

It's going to be really hard for him if he now has to repeat high school.

It's for higher ed, but I think the same applies for high schools as well. Just contact them and they'll point you in the right direction.

He'd never have to 'repeat' high school. He may have to take more tests, though, to get in sans-transcript.
