'Bright Boy' is worried about them using 'Klieg lights' on his flunkies and minions.
I don't think so.

A klieg light is an intense carbon arc lamp especially used in filmmaking. It is named after inventor John H. Kliegl and his brother Anton Tiberius Kliegl. Modern klieg lights use a tungsten-halogen filament. They usually have a fresnel lens or ellipsoidal lens. The carbon-arc source was so bright that it allowed film directors to make "day" at night, which also heralded the era of blinding actors – a term coined as "Klieg eye".

1. My guess is no
However, people of limited intelligence often think that tossing in jargon and technical terms will make others think they know what they're talking about...

2. Buzzwords: Used by stupid people to make them "sound intelligent."
And, boy howdy, does Chimpy ever latch on to these things. He's like a terrier with a chew toy. Thank God no one's ever taught him "paradigm" and "pro-active."

3. Someone PLEASE get the word "fresnel" into Chimpy's teleprompter!
Then we could hear him say "frez-nell" about 45 times in a press conference!
