5. how are you going to manage that?
Only send out draft notices to people in certain zip codes?

My congressional district is 70% Repug. Please start working down here! ;)

I was a low level Nazgul during the war...

Mostly worked in logistics and aquisitions....

didn't see alot of action!

This is a deadly serious subject and draft boards should have fair-minded progressives on them to balance it out.
