Is it still cold and wet and nasty?

11. It's actually kind of pretty. :)
It's quiet outside, because the snow seems to dampen the sound in the city, and it covers up all the dirt. I have an extremely warm coat with a hood, and boots, and an umbrella, so I don't get wet or anything.

13. That's a day made for a walk
or a cozy day inside with a hot beverage and a good book. Stay warm!!

I didn't mind the snow when it was falling, it was having to drive in it later and just live with the general mess of it for days after that I really disliked.

16. I know what you mean.
I'm lucky, because I walk to work, so I don't have to worry about driving until I want to go somewhere on the weekend. And I usually just let the snow melt off my car, so I don't have to clean it off (I hate that job). But yeah, the dirty snow piled everywhere for weeks - I hate that too. However, it's supposed to be in the 50's this weekend so perhaps it won't last long!

6. It's 70 degrees here in metro Atlanta and it feels like 80.
I hate heat. I hate summer. I could live in year 'round winter.

7. Not me. I hate winter... even here on the desert.
It's a novelty to get days with temps in the 50's but I prefer the heat of summer.

9. It's supposed to get even warmer here.
Maybe close to 90 over the weekend. It's a shame the pool is still too cold to get into.

10. It's 14 degrees now, it was 2 degrees last night, and the fuse for
my car's heater fan blew.

No offense, but...

12. Believe it or not I do have some sympathy for what you're going through.
I was born and raised in PA near Reading. Couldn't stand the weather any more. Moved to AZ in 1990 and have never looked back.

I lived through a summer in AZ with temps around 115 without A/C in my car. Only one summer. I made sure to get a car with A/C the next year.

14. I actually prefer the climate in the northeast.
That won't stop me from bitching when it's in the single digits, tho. ;)

17. You should hear everyone in AZ in the summer
when the temps are over 100.
You'd think it was the first time ever and that it was totally unexpected. LOL
So yeah, it doesn't stop us either from bitching about the heat here.

22. I can't tell you what the temp is here
but it is cold....freakin' cold.

I have two heaters blowing on me, and my toes are still icicles.

:scared:

We've had several "snow" days here, and none of them have been for actual snow (which we do have a ton of, mind) it's been because of the below freezing cold temperatures and wild chills.

23. 12 degrees in our area right now
I am thoroughly sick and tired of it, and will be anxiously waiting for winter to end.
