Someone stole my recycle bin.....again

I just went out to get it, and it's not there. I haven't the vaguest notion when it disappeared either. I'll leave it down by the street until i need it, so someone could have snatched it anytime, the last one my neighbors stole when they were moving, we were gone and they grabbed it right off my porch, they took theirs also.

Damn, I feel violated, who in the fuck steals recycle bins? As far as I know they're not worth anything, and this one was filthy. I'll call city hall and see if they will drop me off a new one tomorrow.

2. I've had 2 garbage cans and 3 lids stolen

in the last 3 months. I understand stealing 2 and 2, but why the extra lid????

I was just thinking I'm going to have a hell of a time getting the garbage out in the morning, i use the bin to scoot it along, this could get interesting.
