1. Up to 355 now.
But it's been reserved for me and my coworkers, so save yourself a buck.

2. Ahem - it's not the Texas Lottery. It's the NY Mega Millions Lottery
and we're winning.

10. It's a multi-state lottery.
"MEGA Millions is a multi-state lottery game known for big jackpots. You can currently play MEGA Millions in eleven states: Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Texas, Virginia and Washington. California is the 12th state to join."

Like I said, save your money; I already have the winning ticket!

5. Waste of money. But it's fun to think about winning anyway.

6. I guess if you like these odds:
It was said to me once - Imagine two stacks of paper two miles high. Your name is on a piece of paper somewhere in that stack. A windstorm blows the stack down, scattering paper in the air and across fields. The probability of the piece of paper with your name on it landing at your feet is the same as you winning the lottery.

I play when it's that high even though it's still "a tax on people who are bad at math".

7. Same here. But your chances do go up dramatically from zero to one ticket.
