1. Zinc lozenges work for me.
Reduce the severity and length of the cold. But, follow label directions.

I also do nasal drops of peroxide to kill the buggers in the nasal; cavities. Stings like hell but the bugs hate 'em, burn and die!

Tilt back and drip a few drops. rinse. repeat.

eeeeoooouuuuch1 but in a few econds the pain is gone and so are the germs,

I've heard of freezing your ass off and loosing your ass but never an ass cold let alone a badass cold.
