Do Fruit flavored Gummi Bears count as a fruit on a diet?
Edited on Fri Jan-09-04 01:33 AM by Lostmessage
I can have Jello and fruit on my diet and I was wondering if Gummi Bears would count as a serving of both.

I am on the South Beach diet and I need to lose 5 pounds by January 22nd and I don't want to break my diet.

8. Losing 5 pounds by Jan 22nd would not be a healthy thing to do...
so make peace with your Gummi Bears and treat them with the respect they deserve. I don't think a Gummi Bear would appreciate being referred to as a "fruit"...

9. My suit won't button
I am addicted to Gummi Candy and I can't stop eating it. The interview is very important but the only drawback is that I would be living in Jeb Bush country.
