1. go get a couple of pork chops, salt, pepper & sear them, pour pomegranete juice over and bake
serve with crispy pan-fried potatoes and a little mixed green salad with goat cheese.

last night I made horseradish & caramelized onion mashed taters, faux ribs, and grilled sesame asparagus. YUM!

7. Home made curried vegetable bean soup
a large spring greens salad, sauteed green and yellow bean medley in garlic, and roasted chicken thighs.

I might have to get myself a Cadbury Easter Creme egg for dessert; for some reason I've got a hankering for one. :silly:
