4. These were just images I got off Google...
GOYA brand yucca is good but you can buy the root at the store. All you have to do is peel 'em and put in a pan or deep fryer. When they are done you can salt them. It's delicious.

There's quite a few Hispanic restaurants here in my town that make them as well as deep fried plaintains.
