I just got laid off!
And I am already bored! I got the notice last Friday. What should I do?

Otherwise, I'd suggest looking for another job.

6. Yes,
I received generous severance and I have some reserve. I can relax for a few weeks anyway.

7. We are in the middle of our generous severance, which goes by faster than you think.
I wouldn't revel too long, I really would start looking immediately.

But it sounds like it was a job worth leaving, so congrats on new possibilities. :)
