To answer the OP's question, just a t-shirt to keep my shoulders warm. I tend to set the furnace really low at night because I like to sleep in a cold room under lots of covers. The furnace kicking on will tend to wake me. It will kick on if the temp hits 50, but that's pretty rare as this house really holds the heat.
