when you look at the drive (Windows Explorer, or Mac Finder window)? There might be a readme file that tells you how to get it started when it doesn't start on its own ... or just look for an executable file and click on it.
after I put in the disk...should I go into the control panel or where do I look for the executable file I am not that computer saavy...Does anyone else have any ideas...
Is the software supposed to install itself? Sometimes things that are supposed to launch automatically need to be manually clicked on. Alternatively you can eject it and put it back in. Sometimes the computer doesn't read the drive right away.
