Help with a song (a current one)

I'm sorry if this is going to be fairly obscure, because the only time I hear new music is when it's on a commercial, being played while I'm on a bus or in a cab, or if I'm out someplace and music is on the p.a. system.

And I can't get any more vague than what I have on this particular song.

I was on the bus and I heard it, and I "think" I heard it on a commercial or some other place like the news.

It's by either a female group or a single female singer. It's very peppy, like something a cheerleading group might sing, or at least it's not morose and slow. I've heard it twice, I think. If it was more than that, it didn't register earlier.

The chorus has a line that ends with what I believe are initials, "D I C." It's repeated many times. I might be mishearing it, and it might be something other than D I C, but if I am mishearing it, perhaps someone might know what the heck I'm talking about, at the very least.

I googled it, but I don't have enough words to get it, and it pops up with what seems like a rapper song that has a title with D.I.C. in it, but the initials aren't actually in the lyrics, so I know it's not that one.

As I said, this would be vague, and that's the best I can do, except to say it seems fairly popular right now from what I've gleaned. Anyone even have an inkling of what I'm talking about?
