What do you want for your last meal?

In honor of the Tony Bourdain thread. This is one thing he discusees on his show a lot with fellow chefs. He finds that most people go for simple hearty food, probably like the kind that they grew up eating at home.

Mine:
1/2 lb medium-rare burger with blue cheese and bacon on a fresh toasted sesame roll.
French fries cooked the right way. Blanched in oil at medium, then returned at a higher temp to a golden brown. With a little salt and malt vinegar
Highly hopped India pale ale
Tapioca pudding for dessert
