I have the best boys so they deserve it :)... seriously.. they arent spoiled AT ALL..and they get excited when they open clothes lol...
they are the best sweetest babies ever... so i love doing it for them :)
they are worth it :)

We're taking a cruise in March and the boat has a Pirate Night party. Looking for eyepatches, etc.

12. ebay... and i plan these WAY in advance so i get good deals after holidays...

so after halloween i got some great deals....
I'm already planning their NEXT birthday party lol...
and my baby hasn't had his second birthday and I'm already planning his 3rd ;)....
now that my oldest can tell me what he wants its harder to plan so far in advance... but he loves tools.. so next year will be a tool party..
thinking of ideas already ;)

32. yup those bags were filled with the starter gear...

eyepatches head gear ect... then i let the pirates pillage and plunder the treasure chest to add gear :)....
oh i do go so nuts for parties....
i already know what their next few parties will be...
baby wills birthday is in april and his next will be "under the sea" then his 3rd will be "outer space" then he starts getting into the age where he will like certain things so I will wait to see what he likes :)I'm thinking sports but we shall see... i really HATE doing character themes... like scooby doo and things like that... but more general... pirates, outer space, under the sea , things like that...

then cades next birthday is going to be a tool party.. don't know how im going to make that one as fun but we shall see...

I love seeing your cakes! Do you have a website or a flikr account or something like that with picures of all of them? Thinking about working with fondant and stuff like that actually kind of gives me hope. I had horrible problems from doing production cake decoration for 6 months: carpal tunnel and something like tendonitis in my left tricep, so bad that I couldn't sleep at night a lot of times. Is this kind of icing that you use (is it fondant or that royal stuff or whatever, i can't think of the right names) cut and shaped or squeezed out of a pastry bag or what? I loved cake decorating but it essentially ruined my right arm, I just can't do the pastry bad stuff anymore.
