Dinner at the Prophets

Broiled beef tenderloin steaks and baked potatoes

Actually, don't really have much of a recipe here. Just take the steaks, put them on a wire rack over a baking pan of water, and broil them in the oven since it's way too cold to barbecue.

But it is a good dinner for the Superbowl! Buon appetito!

We're having a hotdish with hamburger, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, various seasonings, spicy cheese, and homemade biscuits. Go-withs include broccoli and applesauce.
