So, I think all the dope I've been smoking is really helping my anxiety

I don't usually toke. But, have been alot lately and I notice my anxiety level has gone way down... days after even. It's rather nice.

1. I once had a psychaitrist who encouraged me to toke

I admitted that I did and that it seemed to help relax me and calm my anxiety and she told me that if it worked, I should go ahead and do it.

On the other hand, I've had times in my life when smoking seemed to send me into a panic attack which sucked. Luckily those times never lasted long.

2. I've been thinking about doing the same...

I have been really uptight lately. I know that pot really mellows me out. I've got some hash stashed in the house someplace that a friend gave me...I wish I could remember where I put it!

...and every shrink I've ever been too and I've been to so many I put Woody Allen to shame...have said they wish they could prescribe it.
