You download your handwriting as a font.

Even if you are paranoid you can create hand made fonts that are not

your regular handwriting

the only reason - and I mean it, its the only reason - I use a computer to write instead of using pen and ink, is because I want my work to be legible. Turning my handwriting into a computer font would probably cause any computer to crash, and in the event that it could handle my handwriting, certainly that luxury would be lost on any reader.
