1. I've been there and you're wise, not responding,

unless you're willing to make your case comprehensively, post it and then never look back. It's too painful otherwise.

but I generally don't go in GD. Seriesly, though, I have tons of threads hidden all the time, like about 30 or 40. Some I never go on, others I go on, say what I have to, and leave. Sometimes if I feel there is a flame war beginning I will hide it before I get bogged down in it.

It's bad when just reading the title pisses you off though.

But, the act of typing the reply works out the anger and I just delete it. If that doesn't work, I turn off the computer.
