She's been botoxed within an inch of her life. NOTHING moves on her face. That's not aging well, in my book.

28. Maybe it'll wear off . . .
and she'll get some movement back in her face. They had a clip of her and Elizabeth Taylor from an old film they did together and botox-or-no, Kim's looking better than poor Liz is these days.

I'll add Jaclyn Smith and Kim Basinger to the list. And speaking of two 1970's TV blonde bombshells, Suzanne Somers is looking better than Farrah Fawcett these days. I'm sure all these gals have had "procedures" done, it's just that the results on some have turned out better than others.

Yes, she's had a lot of work done...

but I saw her retirement special on TV (and I saw her in concert a couple years ago) and NO amount of plastic surgery gives a woman her age the body she has.

She has the ass of a 20 year old. A sexy 20 year old.

we've never actually SEEN Dolly Parton. She doesn't even leave the bedroom unless she's fully made-up and the wig is on.

Pretty much the same for Tina Turner. I adore Tina, and she's sure kept her body, but she's had a lot of work done on her face.

Raquel Welch looks great, though.

Dolly... I will say that I love her. The best Dolly story I heard was a few years ago when I was visiting my sister in a small town in upstate NY for christmas.

Her next door neighbors (an elderly couple) had gone to the local nursing home to visit his mother.

They were so excited when they got back. Dolly Parton was there visiting the people on xmas day. She happened to be in the area and while she didn't know anybody in the nursing home, she just went on xmas to spread a little cheer.

I love that.

have you seen pics of Faye Dunaway lately?

Her face doesn't look anything like it used to. And I thought she was one of the great beauties of hollywood. But she's had so much work done she's unrecognizable.

Plus, I got turned off to her when a friend who worked in a very upscale L.A. antiques store told me she used to sweep into the store and announce very loudly "Faye Dunaway is here".

Ugh.

he's too young for us to know if he's aging well!

I mean AGING, baby!

And by aging well, I don't mean "looks young". Somebody posted Barbara Eden above. I don't think a 70 year old woman trying to look like a high-school cheerleader is "aging well". I mean taking it gracefully. Accepting your looks, but still looking good.

Having a totally reconstructed face is not aging well, even if it DOES make you look 10 years younger. I mean people who've grown naturally into their looks and handle it with grace and dignity.

Like Catherine Deneuve :)

I've known a couple of morticians, and they all did quite well for themselves. Add a florist wife, and it's a money machine.

But still... Cheryl Tiegs is 57?!!

There are only parts of youth that's wasted on the young. Yes, they don't appreciate how healthy or sexy or resilient they are. But they lack a lot, too.

I'm 42. I've been through great times and awful times in my life. But I wouldn't be 19 again for anything. Now if you could transplant my 42 year old mind into my 19 year old body... then we can talk :)
