I discovered the best way ever to lose weight!!!!
3 Lean Cuisines a day : One for Breakfast , another for lunch , and finally one for dinner.

Plus one glass of 100% juice for breakfast , and one multivitamin...

I've been doing this for a week , and already I got the first "you look thinner" comment today.

Try it !

23. That reminds me of a 3 stooges episode
Moe was ordering breakfast and said:
"I'll have four slices of burnt toast and a rotten egg. I got a tapeworm and it's good enough for 'em."

2. That's a starvation diet.
It's really unhealthy to do that. You're probably only taking in about 900 calories a day and that will fuck up your metabolism.

to insure you don't lose muscle mass.

11. That depends on your body weight.
1100 would be low for me and I'm only 105lbs.

You probably still need to be taking in more calories, so you don't hit a plateau.

12. I agree with you. I take in almost twice that many calories, and I'm 115.
There are a lot of variables, of course, but I agree with you that 1100 calories is too few for almost any adult.

10. watch out for all that sodium, i eat them from time to time
i don't know if you have a gall bladder or not but after losing 100 pounds almost exclusively eating frozen diet meals i developed gallstones that were sodium based. Good luck.

17. Me too..........
Nothing about health or a balanced diet, just "look how skinny I am!" and "my husband loves me again because I'm thin!". I guess it doesn't matter how healthy you are, as long as you look good. *sigh*

16. I've marooned myself on a deserted island
the energy it takes to find food burns more calories than the food has in it!

getting yourself thrown in prison also works - the food stinks and they dole it out at regular times, so no snacking!

19. Three small meals does not sound like starvation.
People can live and actually thrive on far fewer calories than Americans generally think possible.

21. You can live, but it's unhealthy.
It slows your metabolism and will make further weight loss difficult, if not impossible. Sure you can survive, but that does not mean it's healthy or that you can "thrive."

22. Yeah, I know what you mean.
I'm thinking in my case, the unhealthy you describe might be a lot better than the unhealthy caused by hauling around extra weight of a bag of cement.

10-ounce package of frozen broccoli (or its fresh equivalent).
