1. That's easy - my father
Edited on Wed Jan-24-07 09:03 AM by LynneSin
I'd just love to have one more conversation with him - I miss him so much

I passed away when I was young, and this time of year makes me sad because Jan 22nd was the day it happened

6. POPE JOHN PAUL THE FIRST
Fascinating man and allegedly had a strong desire to clean up the Vatican's fiscal shenanigans. Best Pope ever to serve for just 33 days.

Second Place: Ben Franklin. The tales he could tell.

7. I choose Jesus, and living.
Jesus, because maybe he could convince me there is a God with a miracle or two, and living, because, face it, conversing with dead people tends to be one-sided.

9. Grandpa Al (mom's father)
Sharp as a tack and absolutely LIVID with BushCo. until the day he passed at 94 years old.

A great man who really kept up with things as he got older.

15. I'm totally incorrigible, and furthermore, I'll add that if I were to ever be in
the presence of Jude, there wouldn't be a lot of "conversing" going on, if you know what I mean, nudge nudge wink wink.

Other choices would be Katharine Hepburn or Coleman Young (for the cursing lessons, if nothing else).

he'd open up about his war experiences.

If not, then Walter Cronkite.
